TILL DEATH DO US BOND

“I am my beloved’s, and my beloved is mine.” — Song of Solomon 6:3

The words “Till death do us part” are familiar in marriage vows. They speak of a love that lasts until life on earth ends. But God offers a relationship even stronger — one that not only survives death but grows beyond it. In Christ, it is “Till death do us bond.”

A Covenant of Love
Jesus calls His relationship with His people a covenant — a sacred, binding promise. He said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5). On the cross, He sealed this promise with His blood, offering forgiveness and eternal life to all who believe.

Bonded by Sacrifice
In earthly marriage, the bond is formed by vows. In our union with Christ, the bond is formed by His sacrifice. Death did not part Him from us — it bonded us to Him forever. He died to make us His own and rose to ensure we would never be separated.

Beyond the Grave
Earthly love ends at the grave, but Christ’s love carries us through it. Romans 8:38–39 assures us that neither death nor life… shall be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

You’re now invited
This eternal bond is not automatic. Like a marriage proposal, it must be accepted. Jesus invites you: “Come to Me” (Matthew 11:28). When you trust Him, you enter a covenant love that not even death can break.

Life is short, and death comes to all. But you can have a relationship that survives death — a bond that lasts forever in the presence of the One who loves you perfectly. In Christ, it’s not till death do us part; it’s till death do us bond.

Will you say “Yes” to His invitation today? Pray, “Lord Jesus, I accept Your love and sacrifice and submit to you as my Lord and Savior. Forgive my sins, and make me Yours forever.”
Now, walk in the joy of knowing you are bound to Him for eternity.
