What Is Christmas Really About?
Christmas is more than decorations, food, or celebration. It is the remembrance of God’s greatest Gift to humanity— Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world.
Over 2,000 years ago, God stepped into human history. He was not born in a palace but in a manger, showing humility and love for all people—rich and poor alike.
Why Did Jesus Come?
The Bible teaches that all have sinned and fallen short of God’s glory (Romans 3:23). Sin separates humanity from God, but God did not abandon us.
Jesus came to:
- Reveal God’s love
- Bring forgiveness of sins
- Restore humanity’s relationship with God
- Give eternal life
This Christmas, Jesus Christ is inviting you:
To receive God’s love
To turn away from sin
To believe in him
To live a transformed life
“Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts.” — Hebrews 3:15
To receive and maximize God’s Christmas Gift, say this prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for the Gift of Your Son. Lord Jesus, I believe in You and I accept You today as my Lord and Savior.
Forgive my sins and come into my heart. Thank you for your gift of salvation. Amen.
