I Believe in the Name of Jesus

There is a name unlike any other.

A name that has silenced storms, lifted the broken, healed the sick, and raised the fallen.

That name is Jesus.

In Acts 3, a man who had never walked sat daily at the temple gate, begging for help. Then Peter spoke words that changed everything:

“In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.”

And instantly—strength entered his legs. What medicine could not do, what time could not fix, the name of Jesus accomplished in a moment.

This is not just history.
This is power.

The Bible declares:

“God has given Him a name above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow…” (Philippians 2:9–10)

This means:
• No sickness is above His name
• No situation is beyond His authority
• No bondage can resist His power

But here is the truth many miss:

The power of His name flows from a relationship with His person.

If you do not believe in Jesus, His name remains just a word to you.
But when you surrender your life to Him, that name becomes your authority, your refuge, your lifeline.

The name of Jesus:
• Delivers from trouble
• Heals the sick
• Breaks chains
• Brings direction when you are lost
• Saves from sin and eternal separation

When life becomes overwhelming…
When you don’t know what to do…
When everything feels impossible…

Call on the name of Jesus.

“Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)

As for me and my household, we will serve the Lord. We will believe in the name of Jesus.

Now the question is:

Do you believe?

If you haven’t given your life to Jesus, this is your moment.
Come to Him, He loves you and will answer you.

And when you do, you will discover for yourself:

His name still saves.
His name still heals.
His name still delivers.
