Help from Above

The night was dark inside the prison walls and it seems all hope was lost. Heavy chains held the hands of a man whose only “crime” was preaching the truth about Jesus Christ. Soldiers stood guard at every door. Humanly speaking, there was no escape, no hope, and no future ahead for him.
Yet heaven had not forgotten him.

This was the story of Peter the Apostle. Though imprisoned wrongfully by King Herod, God stepped into his situation. While Peter slept between soldiers, an angel of the Lord suddenly appeared in the prison. Chains fell off his hands, doors opened on their own, and God brought him out safely into freedom (Acts 12:1–11).

What looked like a dead end became a testimony of divine deliverance.
Many people today feel trapped in situations they did not create. Some are burdened by sickness, fear, disappointment, financial hardship, betrayal, or problems that seem impossible to overcome. Others feel surrounded by darkness with no visible way forward.

But there is still help from above. God sees every tear, every struggle, and every silent cry. He is able to make a way where there seems to be no way. What men cannot do, God can do. When human strength fails, the power of God remains unlimited.
The greatest help God offers is not only temporary deliverance from earthly troubles, but salvation through Jesus Christ. Jesus came to save, restore, guide, and give eternal life. When you surrender your life to Him, you are no longer alone. His Holy Spirit begins to lead you, strengthen you, comfort you, and direct your path.

No situation is beyond His power.
Jesus Christ is calling you today. Open your heart to Him. Accept Him as your Lord and personal Savior, and allow Him to take control of your life. “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” — Luke 1:37.
