Life can sometimes put us in situations where everything seems to be against us. The challenges may look bigger than our strength, and the way forward may seem impossible.
David faced Goliath when all the odds were against him. The Israelites stood before the Red Sea with Pharaoh’s army behind them. Yet God made a way where there seemed to be no way.
“With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.” — Matthew 19:26
Perhaps you are facing an impossible situation today. Don’t give up. Your circumstances may be against you, but God is greater than your circumstances.
But there is an even greater problem than life’s difficulties: sin separates us from God. No human effort can save us. That is why God sent Jesus Christ to die for our sins and rise again.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son…” — John 3:16
Jesus is calling you today. Turn from your sins, believe in Him, and surrender your life to Him. He can give you forgiveness, peace, a new beginning and eternal life.
PRAY:
Lord Jesus, I believe You died for my sins and rose again. Forgive me and make me new. I surrender my life to You. Be my Lord and Saviour, and help me to trust You against all odds. Amen.
Remember:
When the odds are against you, God is still for you.
When there is no way, God can make a way.
